888’s “Special Offer” Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we” or “us”) may grant, at its sole discretion, 50% bonus up to $100 on a player’s deposit at us.888.com (“888”).

1. This promotion starts on September 30, 2015 at 12:00 AM and ends on December 31, 2018 at 12:00 PM.
2. Players will be notified of this promotion by email or by visiting a promotion page at us.888.com.
3. The promotion code will be detailed in promotional materials each time the promotion is run.
4. The promotion code’s expiration date will be detailed in the promotional materials in which it was announced.
5. The promotion code must be entered exactly as written. The bonus will not be granted if the promotion code is entered incorrectly.
6. Players must make a deposit of $20 or more with the promotion code to be eligible for the 50% bonus.
7. The bonus is capped at $100.
8. The bonus is an “Immediate Bonus”. Immediate bonuses are bonus funds that are awarded to a player in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon grant. All immediate bonuses, and winnings generated with wagers placed with such funds, may be withdrawn only after a player has collected 3 Status Points per every $1 of the received bonus amount. For example, a player must first accumulate 30 Status Points before withdrawing a bonus totaling $10.
9. The bonus and any winnings will expire if the necessary Bonus Points have not been earned within 90 days from when the bonus was awarded.
10. Players may participate in this promotion only once.
11. This promotion is subject to the 888 Terms of Service and the 888 Bonus Policy.
12. 888 may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal or mobile device.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for bonus adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
• This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6 xiii.
