US.888.COM's “Santa’s Gifts December 2018” Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to eligible players on the us.888.com site, the bonuses detailed below. The bonuses will be granted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this “Santa’s Gifts Promotion” (the “Promotion”) All times contained in these terms and conditions are in EST.

Before participating in the Promotion, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below.  If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not participate in the Promotion.  If you have any questions regarding the offer, please contact our support staff at supportnj@888.com.

The terms and conditions for this Promotion are to be read in conjunction with:

1. the us.888.com Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), and
2. with respect to the bonuses provided under the Promotion in relation to casino and poker the us.888.com Bonus Policy shall apply and with respect of the bonus granted with regards to sport the us.888sport.com Bonus Policy shall apply (individually the "Bonus Policy").
   
   In the event of a conflict between the relevant Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or this Promotion, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and the relevant Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. You may only participate in this Promotion if you have received an email form us which link to these terms and conditions.
2. The Promotion shall begin on December 14^th, 2018 at 00:00 AM and shall conclude on December 25^th, 2018 at 11:59 PM. (the "Promotion Period").
3. You must be located in New Jersey to participate in the Promotion.
4. In order to participate in the Promotion each time you make a deposit of a minimum of $20 and each time when making such deposit in order to receive the relevant casino bonus, poker bonus or sports bonus you must use the following promotion code: (i) promotion code HOHOHO20 in order to receive the casino bonus; (ii) promotion code SANTA20 in order to receive the poker bonus; or (iii) promotion code SNOWY20 to receive the sport bonus. For the avoidance of doubt, you may choose to receive a mixture of casino, poker and sport bonuses. You are not limited to one type of bonus.
5. The promotion code must be entered exactly as written. A bonus will not be granted if the promotion code is entered incorrectly.
6. The probability of each bonus (10%, 50% or 100%) which you are eligible to receive bonus and the cap on the bonus granted are stated in the table below.

   For example, if you deposit $250 whilst using the Promotion Code and you qualify to receive a 50% bonus, you will receive a bonus of $100.
7. When depositing with Paynear Me and making a deposit of at least $20, you will be eligible to get fixed 20% of the deposit amount which is capped at $50 with regards to each deposit made when using the promotion code and the table above will not apply to you. 8. You may participate in this Promotion up to twice per Day and total 10 times during the Promotion Period (please see point 16 for the definition of "Day"). In total, you may participate in the Promotion up to 30 times.
9. Your first two deposits using the promotion code in any Day will qualify to receive the bonus.
10. The bonus granted are immediate bonuses. An immediate bonus are bonus funds that are awarded in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon grant.
11. The bonus will be credited to your account with within approximately 48 hours of your fulfillment of the relevant conditions.
12. The Bonus will be available for use on PC and Mobile. After the Bonus has been credited to your account it will be seen in your bonus bankroll but will be restricted from being withdrawn until you fulfill all the applicable wagering requirements.
13. Should the player have a pending bonus (such as, for example, the welcome bonus), the release of the new bonus will begin only once all previous bonuses have been released.

ADDITIONAL CASINO BONUS TERMS

1. The bonus is granted for use on our casino products on us.888casino.com.
2. The bonus must be wagered 30 times within 7 Days of the relevant of the Day which the relevant bonus is credited to your account before being withdrawn. For example, to withdraw a $10 bonus, you must wager $300.
3. If wagering requirements are not met within 7 Days of the Day which the relevant bonus is credited to your account, the bonus and the winnings generated from such will be forfeited by you.
4. Wagers placed on casino games may contribute at different rates towards the wagering requirement. For more information please see the Bonus Policy located here.

ADDITIONAL POKER BONUS TERMS

1. The bonus granted for use on our casino or poker products on us.888poker.com.
2. The bonus must be wagered 30 times within 7 Days of the Day which the relevant deposit is credited to your account before being withdrawn. For example, to withdraw a $10 bonus, you must wager $300. If wagering requirements are not met within 7 Days of the Day which the relevant deposit is credited to your account, the bonus and the winnings generated from such will be forfeited by you.

ADDITIONAL SPORT BONUS TERMS

1. The sport bonus can be used only for sport betting on 888sport.com.
2. For the avoidance of doubt, only settled bets will be count towards receiving the Bonus. Cancelled or withdrawn bets won’t count.
3. The bonus and winnings generated by the bonus will be granted to the player in bonus funds and must be wagered such at least 6 times within 7 Days from the date it was credited to such players account before being withdrawn. If the wagering requirements are not met within 7 Days form when the relevant bonus is credited to your account, the bonus and the winnings generated from such will be forfeited by such player.
4. In order to fulfill the wagering requirements each bet made must have odds of -200 or higher.

ADDITIONAL GENERAL TERMS

14. If you withdraw the deposit used to generate a bonus prior to wagering requirements having been satisfied, the bonus amount (and any winnings which may have been generated through the wagering of the bonus funds) will be forfeited by you.
15. If you experience technical issues in receiving the bonus, please contact supportnj@888.com.
16. For this Promotion, a Day will begin at 7:00 PM EST and ending at the following day 6:59 PM EST. For example, if you deposit with respect to the casino bonus on a specific day at 12:01 PM EST, 1:00 PM EST and at 6:59 PM EST, only the first two deposits will be eligible for the bonus. However, you would be eligible for another bonus should you deposit after 7:00 PM EST on that day.
17. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service, our decision is final with respect to all matters relating this Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
18. All withdrawals from a player’s account are subject to the terms of our Withdrawal Policy.
19. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes within or beyond our control which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Promotion, we reserve the right at our sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.
20. In the occasion that the Promotion is terminated, any bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited by you.
