US.888.COM's’s “Black Friday Sale” Promotion Terms and Conditions

Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to eligible players on the us.888.com site, the bonuses detailed below. The bonuses will be granted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this “Black Friday Sale Promotion” (the “Promotion”) All times contained in these terms and conditions are in EST.

Before participating in the Promotion, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not participate in the Promotion. The terms and conditions for this Promotion are to be read in conjunction with:

1. the us.888.com Terms of Service (“Terms of Service”), and
2. with respect to the bonuses provided under the Promotion in relation to casino and poker the us.888.com Bonus Policy shall apply and with respect of the bonus granted with regards to sport the us.888sport.com Bonus Policy shall apply (individually the "Bonus Policy").
3. In the event of a conflict between the relevant Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or this Promotion, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and the relevant Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

1. The Promotion shall begin on November 22^nd, 2018 at 00:00 AM and shall conclude on December 2^nd, 2018 at 11:59 PM. (the "Promotion Period"). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decide in our sole discretion to conclude the Promotion immediately at any time.
2. You will only be able to participate in this Promotion if you receive an email from us with detailed terms of this Promotion, the terms contained here are for informational purposes only. There may be additional terms applicable to this Promotion.
3. The Promotion code must be entered exactly as written. A bonus will not be granted if the promotion code is entered incorrectly.
4. To receive the bonuses, you must deposit a minimum amount with promotion code as specified in the email sent to you ("Email").
   CASINO BONUS:
   1. By depositing at least the minimum deposit amount with the promotion code, you may be eligible to receive the bonus, all as detailed in the Email.
   2. The bonus granted is an immediate bonus for use on our casino products.
   3. An immediate bonus are bonus funds that are awarded to a player in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon grant.
   4. A player can make the minimum deposit with the promotion code up to twice a Day (please see point 5 for the definition of "Day").
   5. You will only be able to receive up to a maximum of 10 bonuses using the promotion code during the Promotion Period.
   6. The immediate bonus must be wagered 30 times within 7 Days of the relevant of the Day which the deposit being made before being withdrawn. For example, to withdraw a $10 bonus, you must wager $300. If wagering requirements are not met within 7 Days of the Day which the relevant deposit was made, the bonus and the winnings generated from such will be forfeited by you.
   7. Wagers placed on casino games may contribute at different rates towards the wagering requirement. For more information please see the Bonus Policy located here.
   POKER BONUS:
   1. By depositing at least the minimum deposit amount with the promotion code, you may be eligible to receive the bonus, all as detailed in the Email.
   2. The bonus granted is an immediate bonus for use on our casino or poker products.
   3. An immediate bonus are bonus funds that are awarded to a player in a restricted state and may be wagered with immediately upon grant.
   4. A player can make at least the minimum deposit with promotion code only once per Day.
   5. You will only be able to receive up to a maximum of 10 bonuses using the promotion code during the Promotion Period.
   6. The immediate bonus must be wagered 30 times within 7 Days of the Day which the relevant deposit being made before being withdrawn. For example, to withdraw a $10 bonus, you must wager $300. If wagering requirements are not met within 7 Days of the Day which the relevant deposit was made the bonus and the winnings generated from such will be forfeited by you.

   SPORT BONUS:
   1. By depositing at least the minimum deposit amount with the promotion code, you may be eligible to receive the bonus, all as detailed in the Email.
   2. The bonus granted is a pending bonus for use on our sport products.
   3. A pending bonus are bonus funds awarded in a restricted state that may not be accessed nor wagered with, but are released into a player’s real-money bankroll incrementally.
   4. A player can make at least the minimum deposit with promotion code once per Day.
   5. You will only be able to receive up to a maximum of 10 bonuses using the promotion code during the Promotion Period.
   6. In order to receive the bonus, you must wager the deposit amount which was deposited in order to become eligible to receive the bonus once within 7 Days of the Day which the relevant deposit being made. If wagering requirements are not met within 7 Days of the Day which the relevant bonus will be forfeited by you.
   7. If you fulfill the wagering requirements in Section F, you will then need to wager the bonus amount granted 6 times within 7 Days of the Day which the relevant bonus was granted. If wagering requirements are not met within 7 Days of the Day which the relevant bonus and any winnings generated by such bonus will be forfeited by you.
   8. The wagering requirements for the release of each bonus will only begin to apply once the previous bonuses are released.
5. For this Promotion, a Day will be begin at 7:00 PM EST and ending at the following day 6:59 EST. For example, if you deposit with respect to the casino bonus on a specific day at 12:01 PM EST, 1:00 PM EST and at 6:59 PM EST, only the first two deposits will be eligible for the bonus. However, you would be eligible for another bonus should you deposit after 7:00 PM EST on that day.
6. When depositing with Paynear Me, the promotion code will not be applied. To get the bonus player must contact support at supportnj@888.com.
7. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service, our decision is final with respect to all matters relating this Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
8. All withdrawals from a player’s account are subject to the terms of our Withdrawal Policy.
9. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.
