888’s “Refund” Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC may grant, at its sole discretion, 25% bonuses up to $50 during the promotion period at us.888.com (“888”).

1. This promotion starts on April 19, 2016 at 8:00 AM ET and ends on April 25, 2016 at 11:59 PM ET
2. Players will be notified of this promotion via email, in game pop up or a promotion page on us.888.com
3. In order to be eligible for this promotion, players must deposit $10 or more using the promotion code “REFUND” during the promotion period.
4. Players that will deposit with code REFUND will be eligible to get:
   1. 25% cash back on their casino losses during the promotion period up to $50.
      and
   2. 25% cash back on their poker rake & fee during the promotion period up to $50.
5. Casino losses are calculated as casino bets minus casino winnings.
6. Poker rake and fee is counted for raked hands and real money tournaments only.
7. Bonuses will be granted up to 72 hours after reaching the bonus capping ($50) or 72 hours after the promotion period end date.
8. The bonuses are immediate bonuses, and after the bonuses have been credited to a player they may be wagered immediately.
9. The bonus and any winnings generated from the bonus (except for jackpot winnings) must be wagered 30 times before being withdrawn. A player will have 90 days from the date the bonus is granted to fulfill this condition. If wagering requirements are not met within 90 days, the winnings generated from the bonus will be forfeited.
10. Funds deposited in accordance with this promotion can be withdrawn at any time but doing so prior to completing the wagering requirements will result in the expiration and forfeiture of the bonus and the winnings derived from it.
11. First-time depositing players who participate in this promotion will also receive the 100% up to $300 888casino Welcome Bonus or the 100% up to $888 888poker Welcome Bonus.
12. The Welcome Bonus will be granted according where the player registered to us.888.com.
13. This promotion is subject to the 888casino Terms of Service, 888poker Terms of Service and 888.com Bonus Policy.
14. 888.com may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal.

1. The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for free play adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
2. This promotion is being conducted in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69O-1.4(q). We will retain details of all participants for 60 days after the event in accordance with N.J.A.C. 13:69D-1.8(g) 6 xiii.
