888’s “Fall Promotions” Terms and Conditions

Listed below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment New Jersey LLC may grant, at its sole discretion, 20% Free Play up to $400 for casino and 10% instant bonus up to $100 for poker during the promotion period at us.888.com (“888”).

1. This promotion starts on September 29th, 2016 at 00:00 AM ET and ends on October 12th, 2016 at 11:59 PM ET
2. Players will be notified of this promotion via email, in game pop up or a promotion page.
3. In order to be eligible for:
   1. Casino promotion - players must deposit $30 or more using the promotion code “CASINOFALL” during the promotion period and wager the deposit 3 times.
   2. Poker promotion – players must deposit $20 or more using the promotion code “POKERFALL” during the promotion period.
4. Promotion codes must be entered exactly as written. The bonuses will not be granted if the promotion codes are entered incorrectly.
5. Each player can use both promotion codes once a day.
6. Players that will deposit with one or two of the codes mention above will be eligible to get: Casino Offer - 20% Free Play up to $400 during the promotion period. and / or Poker Offer - 10% bonus up to $100 during the promotion period.
7. Free Play and Instant Bonus amounts will be credited to a players’ accounts within 72 hours of meeting the depositing and wagering requirements.
8. The Free Play granted in this promotion can only be used on the Panda Manga, Cash Pigs, Casino Reels, Café de Paris, Bella Italia, Ultimate Genie, Ultimate Universe, Dino Jackpot Stampede, European roulette, American Roulette, Roulette and Classic Blackjack. The Free Play can be used on PC and mobile devices.
9. Unused Free Play will expire 14 days after being issued. Any unused Free Play will be removed from players’ accounts thereafter.
10. Winnings generated from the Free Play granted in this promotion will be issued to a player only after the player has finished playing the entire Free Play amount.
11. Winnings generated by the Free Play must be wagered 30 times before being withdrawn. A player will have 90 days from the date the Free Play is granted to fulfill this condition. If wagering requirements are not met within 90 days, the winnings generated from the Free Play will be forfeited.
12. The poker bonus is an immediate bonus. After the bonus has been credited to a player’s account it will be seen in the players bankroll but will be restricted to cash out.
13. In order to clear the poker bonus and convert it to real money a player must accumulate 3 status points for every $1. For example if a player received $10 bonus he will need to accumulate 30 status points in order to clear the bonus and converted it to real money

15. Funds deposited in accordance with this promotion can be withdrawn at any time but doing so prior to completing the wagering requirements will result in the expiration and forfeiture of the bonus and the winnings derived from it.
16. First-time depositing players who participate in this promotion will also receive the 100% up to $300 888casino Welcome Bonus or the 100% up to $888 888poker Welcome Bonus.
17. The Welcome Bonus will be granted according where the player registered to us.888.com.
18. This promotion is subject to the 888casino Terms of Service, 888poker Terms of Service and 888.com Bonus Policy.
19. 888.com may restrict participation in this promotion to one for each household, computer terminal.

• The CIE-NJ accounting department will review the Patron Account Adjustment report for Free Play adjustments in accordance with 13:69O-1.9.
