Below are the terms and conditions under which Caesars Interactive Entertainment Interactive New Jersey LLC (“we”, “us”, or “our”), may, at its sole discretion, grant to eligible players on the us.888poker.com site (“888poker.com”) and the us.888casino.com site (“888casino.com”) two tickets to an event at the 50 Yard Lounge (the “Event”) and FreePlay (to 888poker.com players in accordance with this “Super Tailgate” promotion (this “Promotion”).

This Promotion will run concurrently with any welcome bonus and registration offer on 888poker.com.

Before participating in this Promotion, please make sure that you fully understand the terms and conditions below. If you do not understand or do not agree with the terms and conditions below, you should not participate in this Promotion. If you have any questions regarding this Promotion please contact our support staff at supportnj@888.com.

1. The terms and conditions for this Promotion are to be read in conjunction with the

   (i) us.888.com Terms of Service ("Terms of Service").

   (ii) us.888.com Bonus Policy ("Bonus Policy").

   In the event of a conflict between the Bonus Policy and the Terms of Service or this Promotion, the Terms of Service or the Bonus Policy shall prevail. In the event of any conflict between the Terms of Service and the Bonus Policy, the Terms of Service shall prevail.

2. For security and verification purpose, we reserve the right to limit participation in this Promotion to: (i) one per household; (ii) one per computer terminal; and (iii) one per mobile device (if applicable).
3. This Promotion shall begin on January 8, 2014 at 00:01 EST and shall conclude on January 26, 2014 on the conclusion of the last Red Zone Rewards prize draw (the “Promotion Period”) (or an extended date as shall be determined in our sole discretion). Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may decide in our sole discretion to conclude this Promotion immediately at any time.
4. This Promotion shall only be open to a player who is over 21, is located in New Jersey and is eligible under applicable law to play real-money poker games on 888poker.com
5. We shall be offering 18 daily packages to eligible players. Each package consists of two tickets (the "Packages") to the Event beginning on the January 29, 2014 and ending on February 2, 2014.

   • 1 February, 2014 ("Day Four")- $1200 ($600 per Ticket)
   • 2 February, 2014 ("Day Five")- $1300 ($650 per Ticket)
9. The Packages may not be exchanged for cash.
10. Players are only eligible to win one Package.
11. We will contact the winners of the Packages by telephone within 72 hours after their win.
12. All FreePlay granted under this Promotion shall automatically expire following 90 days after being credited to a player's 888poker.com account. In addition, the FreePlay granted under this Promotion may only be used on selected casino games as specified in the 888poker.com casino games lobby.
13. Additional third party terms and conditions may apply to the Packages.
14. A Player will be responsible for his use of a Package. We and our affiliates and our service providers and their affiliates disclaim any and all liability in connection with the Packages, including in relation to the nature and quality of the Packages and any harm which may occur to a player who uses a Package. A player who uses the Packages will have no claim or demand against us and our affiliates and our service providers and their affiliates in respect of their use of a Package.
15. By entering this Promotion each player grants the Promoter the right to provide his personal details to third party vendors in order that the player may use the Package.
16. Subject to the Dispute Resolution process in our Terms of Service , our decision is final with respect to all matters relating this Promotion and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or by any third party.
17. All withdrawals from player accounts are subject to the terms of our Withdrawal Policy
18. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to modify the terms and conditions of this Promotion at any time.
19. Any Section of this Promotion which by the nature of its language is intended to survive the expiration of this Promotion shall accordingly survive such termination.
20. There are five different ways players can win a Package:

1. $2,000 "Field Goal" Freeroll Tournament
   1. The $2,000 "Field Goal" Freeroll Tournament ("Field Goal Freeroll Tournament") shall take place on 12 January, 2014 at 19:05 EST.
   2. Only players who have deposited into their 888poker.com account may enter the Field Goal Freeroll Tournament.
   3. Players may register for the Field Goal Freeroll Tournament by accessing the 888poker.com tournament lobby and clicking the register button for the tournament.
   4. Players may only register once for the Field Goal Freeroll Tournament.
   5. First place will receive a Package for Day Two and the second placed player will receive a Package to Day One.
   6. $200 will be distributed to players who take part in the tournament in accordance with the prize-pool distribution in the 888poker.com tournament lobby.
   7. The Field Goal Freeroll Tournament will only take place if a minimum number of players register for the tournament. In addition, registration for the tournament will be capped. Further details can be found at the 888poker.com tournament lobby.
2. $6,000 Gridiron Grinder Tournament
   1. The $6,000 Gridiron Grinder Tournament (the "Gridiron Grinder Tournament") shall take place on 19 January, 2014 at 19:05 EST.
   2. There are two ways for players to enter the Gridiron Grinder Tournament:
      1. $1 buy-in via the 888poker.com tournament lobby
      2. Through winning the special Sit & Go tournaments ("Sit & Go Tournaments")
   3. The Sit & Go Tournaments will start on January 8, 2014 at 16:00 EST and end on January 19, 2014 16:00 EST. The buy-in for each Sit & Go Tournament will be $0.25 cents. Further details in relation to the Sit & Go Tournaments can be found at the 888poker.com tournament lobby.
   4. Winners of the Sit & Go Tournaments will receive a free entry to participate in the Gridiron Grinder Tournament.
   5. A player may enter the Gridiron Grinder Tournament only once.
   6. First place will receive a package to Day Five, second place will receive a Package to Day Four, third place will receive a Package to Day Three, fourth place will receive a Package to Day Two and the fifth place will receive a Package to Day One.
   7. $700 will be distributed to players who take part in the tournament in accordance with the prize-pool distribution in the 888poker.com tournament lobby. In the event that the buy-ins to the tournament exceed $700 any such excess minus our fees (which is set at 10% of the excess amount) will be contributed to the prize-pool.
   8. The Gridiron Grinder Tournament will only take place if a minimum number of players register for the tournament. In addition, registration for the tournament will be capped. Further details can be found at the 888poker.com tournament lobby.
   9. In the event that the tournament is cancelled due to the minimum number of players not registering, players who have purchased a buy-in to the tournament shall be refunded and the winners of the Special Satellite Tournaments will be refunded an amount equivalent to the buy-in amount for the Gridiron Grinder Tournament.
3. $10,000 Touchdown Tournament
   1. The $10,000 Touchdown Tournament (the “Touchdown Tournament”) shall take place on 26 January, 2014 at 19:05 EST.
   2. There are three ways for players to enter Touchdown Tournament:
      1. $25 buy-in via the 888poker.com tournament lobby
      2. For players who have already made a deposit into their 888poker.com account, if following the start of the Promotion Period they deposit a further amount of $25 or greater in one go into their 888poker.com account and enter promotion code “super25” into the 888poker.com cashier.
      3. Through winning dpecial satellite tournaments (the “Special Satellite Tournaments”)
   3. The promotion code may only be used once.
   4. The Special Satellite Tournaments will take place once each day at 21:05 EST beginning on January 19, 2014 and end on January 23, 2014. The buy-in for each Special Satellite Tournament will be $1. Further details in relation to the Special Satellite Tournaments can be found at the 888poker.com tournament lobby.
   5. Winners of the Special Satellite Tournaments and players who have made a deposit and used the promotion code will receive one ticket to participate in the Touchdown Tournament. The ticket can be accessed by the relevant player from the 'My Tournament Tickets' page (under 'My Profile' tab) or directly from the poker games lobby.
   6. First place will receive a package to Day Five, second place will receive a Package to Day Four, third place will receive a Package to Day Four, fourth place will receive a package to Day Three, fifth place will receive a Package to Day Three, sixth place will receive a package to Day Two, seventh place will receive a Package to Day Two.
   7. $1,300 will be distributed to players who take part in the tournament in accordance with the prize-pool distribution in the 888poker.com tournament lobby. In the event that the buy-ins to the tournament exceed $1,300 any such excess minus our fees (which is set at 10% of the excess amount) will be contributed to the prize-pool.
   8. The Touchdown Tournament will only take place if a minimum number of players register for the tournament. In addition, registration for the tournament will be capped. Further details can be found at the 888poker.com tournament lobby.
   9. In the event that the tournament is cancelled due to the minimum number of players not registering, players who have purchased a buy-in to the tournament in accordance with Section 2(i) of this Section C shall be refunded and the winners of the Special Satellite Tournaments be refunded an amount equivalent to the buy-in amount for the Touchdown Tournament.
4. Bounty Blitz Tournament with Chef Mike Carrino
   1. The Bounty Blitz Tournament shall take place on 27 January, 2014 at 21:05 EST.
   2. The Bounty Blitz Tournament is open to all players on 888poker.com.
   3. Players may register for the Bounty Blitz Tournament by accessing the 888poker.com tournament lobby and clicking the register button for the tournament. Players may only register once for the tournament.
   4. The "Bounty" at the Bounty Blitz Tournament will be Chef Mike Carrino, whose user-name will be "ILoveBacon". The player who knocks out Mike Carrino from the tournament will receive a Package for Day 5
   5. $100 will be distributed to players who take part in the tournament in accordance with the prize-pool distribution in the 888poker.com tournament lobby.
   6. The Bounty Blitz will only take place if a minimum number of players register for the tournament. In addition, registration for the tournament will be capped. Further details can be found at the 888poker.com tournament lobby.
5. Red Zone Rewards
   1. On the 12 January, 2014 at 20:00 EST, 19 January, 2014 at 20:00 EST and 26 January, 2014 at 20:00 EST a random prize draw will be held (individually the “Red Zone Reward” and collectively the “Red Zone Rewards”).
   2. The winner of the first Red Zone Reward prize draw will receive a Package to Day Three, the winner of the second Red Zone Reward prize draw will receive a Package to Day Four and the winner of the third Red Zone Reward prize draw will receive a Package to Day Five.
   3. All registered players (those who have completed either the 888poker.com and 888casino.com registration form) (“Registered Players”) and players who have previously deposited into either their 888poker.com or 888casino.com account (“Depositing Players”) shall automatically be entered into each Red Zone Reward prize draw.
   4. The winner of each Red Zone Reward prize draw will be drawn at random.
   5. Subject to Section 9 in the Introductory Section, Registered Players and Depositing Players are only allowed to enter each Red Zone Reward prize draw once.
6. FreePlay Reward
   1. If following the start of the Promotion Period:

      (i) a player who by 24:00 EST on 11 January, 2014 makes a minimum deposit of $20 in one go into his 888poker.com account and then wagers $20 at least 3 times will receive $5 of FreePlay.

      (ii) a player who by 24:00 EST on 18 January, 2014 makes a minimum deposit of $50 in one go into his 888poker.com account and then wagers $50 at least 3 times will receive $15 of FreePlay.

      (iii) a player who by 24:00 EST on 25 January, 2014 makes a minimum deposit of $100 in one go into his 888poker.com account and then wagers $100 at least 3 times will receive $30 of FreePlay.

   2. All deposits in Section 1 in this Section F must be made with the applicable promotion code:

      (i) First time depositors must use promotion code “888bowl”

      (ii) Players who have previously made a deposit into their 888poker.com must use promotion code “super888”
